365 MAIN PROMOTES MARCY MAXWELL TO VICE PRESIDENT OF SECURITY

SAN FRANCISCO, Calif., Oct. 4, 2006 ––365 Main Inc., developer and operator of the world’s finest data centers, has promoted Marcy Maxwell to vice president of security. She will be responsible for the establishment and management of security policies and procedures at 365 Main’s flagship data center in San Francisco, as well as facilities in El Segundo, Calif., Chandler, Ariz. and Chantilly, Va.

Maxwell has more than 16 years of industry security experience and is an active member of the American Society for Industrial Security (known as ASIS International). During her four-year tenure as director of security at 365 Main, she assembled a team of security professionals to ensure process consistency and predictability for the company’s 24/7 systems.

Prior to joining 365 Main, Maxwell spent five years as security manager for AboveNet Communications, where she developed, implemented and maintained the quality processes and procedures required to keep the work environment free of hazards and secure from the threat of crime. She was also directly responsible for the security design and project management of AboveNet’s western region data centers
